If we fail to produce your order in 5 business days, you will be refunded the difference between the Standard Production Cost and the Rush Production Cost plus we will pay for UPS Ground shipping. This guarantee applies only to production not delivery. It is recommended that YOU pick up your order or have it is shipped via UPS. Diane Turton Corporate staff may or may not, depending on workload, pick up and deliver your rush order in a timely manner. Therefore we do not recommend "Corporate Delivery" for rush orders.

Signs will be picked up from our facility by Diane Turton corporate staff at their convenience. Staff will drop off signs at either the Diane Turton Corporate Head Quarters or the Diane Turton sales office indicated on the order. Delivery times may vary greatly. Not recommended for rush orders.

UPS Ground to any destination in New Jersey normally arrives the next business day. There is no need to pay the added expense of "Next Day Service."
